(CONTINUATION) TRADITIONAL ATTAIRE

2)TRADITIONAL IGBO ATTIRE: The igbo people are socially and culturally diverse. Their traditional clothing is usually worn on important occasions in the cities and everyday in rural areas.
  The outfit worn by women are eye catchy and elegant. Women wear wraps for both informal and formal occasions. The everyday wrapper is made from inexpensive cotton , dyed locally . for formal wear, the wrapper is either woven or George, and often imported.
3)YORUBA TRADITIONAL ATTIRE: Yoruba people of Nigerian are known for their exquisite clothing.
    Sometimes, their clothing is usually elaborate which serves as an indicator of status And wealth .
A:GELE- this is a traditional Nigerian headgear which women tie around their heads.
B:AGBADA- for formal events the yoruba men often wear a robe called an “AGBADA" over their ckothes . this looks like the hausa “BABBAN RIGA" but only in different materials.
C:BUBA- a buba is a loose fitting blouse with long sleeves and a neckline that is either v-shaped or round.
B:DANSHIKI- the danshiki is a long blouse with short sleeves or can be called a short AGBADA with trousers for the women it is a free long gown with short sleeves , sown with either ankara or cotton materials.
