A) BLACK SHOES: black shoes are extremely versatile but i believe the real reason for black shoes is because people are afraid of choosing the wrong colour of their shoes for their outfits.
B)CONSIDER YOUR SHOE COLOUR: when deciding on what shoes to wear first thing that should come to mind is the colour.consider the colour and choose shoe colour that match your clothes instead of colours that compete with your clothes.
